Online Voucher/Coupon/Discount Codes Terms & Conditions

There are two types of Coupons offered to customers at PANDORA online:

• Coupon with a fixed amount of a discount, e.g. Rxxx off (“Fixed Coupon“).
• Coupon with a percentage discount, e.g. 10% off (“Percentage Coupon“).

Then there is:

• Endless aisle coupon code (Zero value - applicable to stores only)

Coupons have specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used, such as minimum spend, qualifying product purchases and the expiry date.
Online coupon codes / online vouchers can only be used on the online website – www.pandorashop.co.za. They are not redeemable in any of our Pandora stores.

NOTE: Coupon codes are not combinable or used in conjuction with live sales/promotions or other discounts

How it works (EX. EA)
Each Coupon can only be used once.
Only one Coupon can be used per order.
If a Coupon has been used and you wish to cancel any items in the order prior to making payment, the entire order must be cancelled. Or, if your order fails or is unssuccessful while using the coupon, you are most welcome to reach out to us and we will issue you with a new coupon so you can successfully place a new order, provided the coupon has not been successfully redeemed by a user already. (We are only able to issue one replacement, so please be sure to checkout succesfully once the coupon code has been re-entered)

Coupons cannot be used to buy Gift Vouchers, or any other digital product and cannot be exchanged or redeemed or refunded for cash or credit.
If you choose to cancel or return an order and you paid using a online coupon/voucher discount, you will be reissued a new coupon to the same value of the discount paid when using your coupon during checkout.

It is the responsibilty of the customer to protect their codes, they should not be shared.

PLEASE NOTE:Gift cards can only be used in store and are not redeemable online.
