Pandora PWP Terms & Conditions

The promotion is valid only during the specified period: 03.12.2024 – 24.12.2024.

By participating in the Pandora PWP (the "Promotion"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein, which are final and binding.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms or the conduct of this Promotion, Pandora’s decision shall be final and binding.

Pandora reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors/omissions caused by website malfunction, system errors, human error, pricing errors, or stock availability issues.

This Promotion is subject to stock availability. Pandora will make reasonable efforts to ensure stock accuracy and availability. However, if any purchased items become unavailable, Pandora may cancel the order and provide a refund for the unavailable items.

Pandora reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion early without notice.

This offer is valid only during the promotional period and is subject to stock availability.

The free gift may vary or change between stores due to stock levels; if the promotional bracelet is unavailable, Pandora reserves the right to substitute it with another item of similar value.

Exclusions: The offer does not apply to Pandora Gift Sets currently in promotion. 

This offer* is valid at all Pandora Concept Stores, the official online store at www.pandorashop.co.za, and the Woodmead Outlet Store. The offer may vary between Pandora Tygervalley and Pandora Woodmead. 

Please note that Woodmead Outlet Store offers a variation of this promotion: spend R1,999 or more to receive a sterling silver or 14k gold-plated bracelet. All other terms and conditions apply.

This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts/coupons.

If you return items purchased during the Promotion, the entire order must be returned for a full refund. Partial returns will not be accepted.

Items purchased during the Promotion can be exchanged for size differences only.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, the item will be exchanged at the promotional price (i.e., the discounted amount)/purchase price amount only.

Returns(Refunds/Exchanges) are only accepted with a valid receipt; please refer to our returns Ts and Cs for more information regarding the returns policy.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pandora reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Promotion at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
